Please select a separate appointment for each pet as only one pet can be seen per appointment.

While we will do our best to accommodate your requested day and time, your appointment is not fully booked until you get a confirmation from us!

A $40 deposit is required when making an appointment online.

Deposits will be applied to any invoice for your visit.  If you need to cancel, you must cancel at least one business day prior to your appointment.  In such a case, we'd be happy to refund your deposit or leave it as a credit on your account.  If you cancel with less than one business day's notice or miss your appointment, then the deposit will be forfeited.

Reason for Visit: An Explanation

Medical Issue Appointment - These appointments are for when your pet isn't feeling well.  Select this Reason for Visit if your pet is itching, sick, been hurt, or experiencing any issues!  (If this is an emergency, please contact us at (407) 847-0802 during our business hours. Nail Trim/Grooming - If your pet needs a nail trim or his/her anal glands expressed, then this is the Reason for Visit to pick!  While we don't do any non-medical grooming, we'd be happy to give your pet a good mani/pedi and relieve some pressure from their backside!  For the safety of our team, please make sure your pet is up to date on vaccinations!

Vaccines Appointment - Keep your pet up to date, safe, and legal on their vaccinations with this Reason for Visit.  This is the most common visit!  (If your pet is new to us or hasn't had their most recent vaccines with us, please bring their prior records or have your previous vet send them.  Our fax number is 407-847-0806.  Our email is [email protected].)

Wellness Appointment - Our Standards of Care recommend that every pet be examined by a pet every six months.  While that might sound like a lot, that's only once every 3.5 dog years (using the old 7:1 conversion).  Regular visits will help keep your pet happy and healthy!

All appointments are scheduled to last 60 minutes, but may vary depending on the needs of your pet!
